Select Staffing's client, a leading food manufacturer in the southern suburbs of Perth, is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead production, packing, dispatch and logistics, and to drive continuous improvement across the site.
You will develop operational plans, manage schedules, labour, and stock, ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP and SQF compliance, and coach team leaders and contractors to deliver protected, on-time orders to specification.
