Endeavour Foundation is seeking a calm and compassionate Disability Support Worker for a permanent sleepover roster at our Bellmere SIL home. You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, meal planning, and community outings while safeguarding well-being.

You will help individuals achieve their NDIS goals, maintain connections with family and services, and contribute to a respectful, supportive living setting.
