Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT is hiring a casual Commis Chef to join our banquets team. You will work with senior chefs to create dishes and deliver on our vibrant kitchen standards.

We foster a tropical, beachfront setting with opportunities to grow, a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings/nights and public holidays. A Level 3 Cookery certificate and Food Safety certification are required or obtainable on onboarding.
