$39.20/hr + Super + Monthly Bonuses | CBD Location | 3–6 Month Temp Role

Have you Just finished university and looking for a full-time role to see you through to next year? Or are you an experienced Debt Collector who loves the flexibility and variety of temping and working with different clients? Or perhaps you’ve worked in banking, financial services or a rapid-paced call centre environment and are ready to try something new?

We have FIVE Collections Officer opportunities available for an immediate start working for our client based in the CBD close to Wynard.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be speaking with customers about outstanding accounts and working with them to find suitable solutions.

Your day will involve:

- Having meaningful conversations with customers
- Negotiating payment arrangements and suitable outcomes
- Building rapport while confidently managing challenging conversations




- Working towards individual and team targets
- Providing a professional and positive customer experience

Who are we looking for?

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience in Collections or Debt Recovery, OR
- Have worked in banking or financial services, OR
- Have experience in a call centre/customer service environment
- You might be a recent university graduate looking to build your commercial experience
- Are confident speaking with customers and having challenging conversations
- Have strong communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills
- Enjoy working towards targets and bonus opportunities
- Bring a positive attitude, great energy and a willingness to learn
- Are available to start immediately
