We're on the hunt to find a talented Cook to join our Brookvale venue, Truck Bar. This is a casual role with up to 25 hours per week

What you'll do:

Prepare and cook food to our recipes, portion sizes and quality standards

Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running well

Check the taste, texture and look of every dish

Help with ordering and stock rotation

Work with the team to get orders out on time

Share your ideas for new menu items and specials

Follow all food safety and hygiene rules

What you bring:

Experience in a busy, quality casual dining kitchen

2+ years experience as a Chef de Partie/Cook is preferred

Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment

Good time management and attention to detail, and able to work on your own

Clear communication and teamwork

Able to work evenings,



weekends and public holidays
