What you’ll be doing

- Advise business owners, founders, boards, senior executives and investors on corporate and commercial matters.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, business sales, private capital investments and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and other transactional documentation.
- Provide strategic advice on business structuring, corporate governance and commercial arrangements.
- Oversee transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion.




- Build trusted client relationships while collaborating with senior lawyers and specialists across the firm.

Skills & experience

- 3–7 years' post-admission experience in private practice.
- Strong experience in corporate transactions, M&A; and general commercial matters.
- Sound commercial judgement, analytical skills and the ability to identify key legal issues.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing matters independently, building client relationships and working collaboratively.
