Westpac is seeking an Employee Care Consultant to deliver specialist injury management, wellbeing and workplace support for employees navigating illness or injury. You will provide guidance, develop workplace adjustments and recovery-at-work plans to help staff stay at work or return safely.

You will identify wellbeing trends, support prevention strategies and contribute to a secure, inclusive workplace across multiple sites in Australia.
