Mantra Towers of Chevron in Surfers Paradise is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and keep the property running safely and efficiently. You will manage resources, coordinate with departments, and drive proactive maintenance to ensure guest comfort and high standards.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with on-call duties for emergencies and a robust focus on WHS compliance and cost control.
