Tomra Sydney is seeking a customer-focused Dispatch/Support Technician to join our Service Centre team. This full time role operates 7 days a week from our Sydney office in St Leonards, with a shift roster including one weekend day.
You will provide hotline technical support, handle customer queries, monitor systems via a web portal, coordinate onsite maintenance and liaise with technicians and partners to resolve issues.
