Willard R-2 School District is seeking an hourly instructional aide to support students with tasks from other classes while ensuring a structured workplace. Candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under deadlines to support student success. The position requires 60 college hours or MO Paraprofessional Test, plus excellent communication skills and prior instructional aide experience. Reports to building administrator and works 180 days per year.
