Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Wollongong seeks an experienced Emergency Head Nurse to lead the nursing team on the floor and partner with hospital leadership to elevate care. This working leadership role focuses on mentoring staff, supporting veterinarians, and driving operational excellence while upholding our values. You will lead by example in quick-paced emergency and critical care cases, contribute to education, and help develop the nursing team within ARH Wollongong’s expanding network.
