LOCATION:
278 Burnley Street, Richmond VIC 3121 or otherwise. REPORTING TO: The Assistant Service Manager MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To report directly to the Assistant Service Manager or to a higher authority.
- To be proficient in learning all technical skills.
- To be an active and contributing member to our Service division.
- To ensure the team follows best practices in ensuring top quality delivery.
- To be responsible for job scheduling and customer liaison personnel. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
- To develop the necessary skills and become an Assistant Service Manager in 1 year. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Exceptional work ethics.
- Passion to learn and gain new skills in the field of natural stone restoration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork with a true positive attitude.
- Quick adaptability to our ever changing setting.
- Active listening & trust building with team members.
- Self motivated and confident in undertaking tasks.
- Basic computing skills (i.e. MS Office, Cloud, etc..). CRITERIA:
