The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis/ Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality dishes with consistency, precision, and creativity. The Responsibilities Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, prep, stock control, and service Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard Maintain cleanliness, organisation,
