EF Education First is seeking a Safety & Incident Response Specialist to support our 24/7 follow-the-sun team. You will coordinate incident response globally, ensure safety protocols are followed, and deliver training to Tour Directors, suppliers, and internal teams from our Sydney base. You will work with colleagues across Tokyo, Zurich, Panama, and Boston, applying ISO 31000/31030 standards and driving risk controls for hotels, activities, and transport.
