Forsight Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Lotus House in Albion Park. The role is hybrid and on a temporary full-time basis for 3 months, with potential extension. You will lead a small ASW team delivering person-centred SIL support and collaborate with care managers.

You will coordinate shifts, support staff development, and maintain high-quality care while engaging families and other providers in a respectful, supportive workplace.
