Western Sydney University is seeking an Operations Assistant on a part time, 0.8 FTE basis for the Parramatta South Campus. You will provide transport, operational and administrative support for the Vice-Chancellor, coordinating vehicle use and contributing to events and engagements across campuses.

The role requires flexibility, on-call availability, and strong discretion when handling sensitive information. Applicants should have relevant admin qualifications and a valid driver’s license.
