You'll be the warranty go-to for three busy brands, making sure every claim is accurate, submitted on time and paid, so our workshop gets the credit it deserves.

Key responsibilities

- Process and submit warranty claims to Kia, Subaru and DEEPAL
- Review repair orders to make sure technician notes and claim details are complete and correct
- Follow up on rejected, queried and unpaid claims until they're resolved
- Manage recalls, campaigns and goodwill claims
- Keep up with each manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
- Work closely with technicians, service advisors and the Service Manager

About you

- Proven warranty experience in an automotive dealership (essential)
- An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
- Good computer skills and confidence with dealership systems
- Robust communication skills with both staff and manufacturers
- Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
- A team player who takes ownership and sees things through
