Certis Security Australia in Sydney is seeking a National Operations Team Leader to coordinate the National Operations Centre activities, including daily deployments and patrol response, across the network. This is a hands-on leadership role in a rapid-paced environment.

You will mentor a team, manage rostering, ensure KPI delivery, compliance and client expectations, and act as central escalation point while coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
