Hive & Wellness is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Processing Worker to join our team in Richlands. In this hands‑on role, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring honey is blended and industrial products are packed to specification in line with our production schedule and food safety standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Processing Worker to join our team in Richlands, QLD. You will play a key role in our manufacturing and production processes, contributing to the success of our growing business.

Your main responsibility is to ensure all honey is blended and industrial products are packed to specification, in accordance with our production schedule and food safety standards.





This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values quality, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operate drum and IBC decant systems and other decanting equipment.
- Conduct minor maintenance and keep processing areas clean and organised.
- Coordinate the empty drum and IBC yard.
- Load and unload hot rooms and hot boxes.
- Process and pack industrial honey to specification.
- Clean and maintain beekeeping IBCs.
- Maintain a hygienic, safe and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and effective workflow.

About You

You will be a reliable and hardworking team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You will bring:

- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous processing or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- A team‑oriented approach and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A commitment to health, safety and quality in everything you do
