Laser Clinics Group is seeking an Area Clinic Manager to lead and develop Clinic Managers across ACT clinics, driving performance, governance and patient experience. You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to uphold standards and deliver commercial outcomes.

You will coach leaders, optimise labour and rostering, and champion a culture of accountability, growth and clinical safety across a quick-paced, multi-site portfolio.
