The opportunity

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their electrical maintenance requirements, develop practical solutions and prepare commercially competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop estimates, quotations and tenders for electrical maintenance, outage and commissioning works.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify maintenance opportunities.
- Review technical requirements, develop scopes and establish pricing.
- Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop practical delivery solutions.
- Identify commercial risks, resource requirements and project constraints.
- Support the transition of awarded work into delivery.

This is a commercially focused position combining technical estimating, client engagement and business development.





We’re open to candidates from electrical estimating, service management, maintenance or project delivery backgrounds. High-voltage experience is highly regarded but not essential.

About you

You’ll bring a strong electrical background, commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with clients and technical teams.

Experience in electrical estimating, maintenance, commissioning, service management or project delivery will be considered.
