Belgravia Leisure seeks an experienced Assistant Venue Manager for Summit Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Mount Barker. Lead a large Aquatic, Health & Fitness team to deliver guest-focused outcomes and support KPI-driven operations across aquatic services, the health club, café and creche.
Working with the Centre Manager, you will drive membership growth, develop the customer journey, manage daily operations and lead by example with robust community focus. Weekend and seasonal hours may apply.
