Position Overview
As a Junior Property Manager at Toohey Property Management, you will assist with the daily operations of property management, ensuring high-quality service to both owners and tenants. This role provides excellent career progression and structured training for an aspiring property professional.
You will work closely with the Senior Property Managers and Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of property management administration and tenant/owner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation, processing and execution of tenancy agreements and renewals
- Respond to owner and tenant enquiries via phone, email and portal messaging
- Coordinate routine inspections and follow-up reports
- Support maintenance request triaging with contractors and tenants
- Assist with rental arrears monitoring and follow-up
