Experienced GP Practice Manager – Permanent Part-Time

3 days per week | Brisbane CBD | Immediate start

Sakura Family Clinic is a small international General Practice clinic located in Brisbane CBD with a strong Japanese focus and long-standing community relationships.

We are looking for an organised and proactive GP Practice Manager or Senior Clinic Administrator to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our patients.

About the role

This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days per week. Hours and days are versatile, but an 8:00 am start would be helpful.

On-site parking is available if required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the practice.

- Lead and support the admin team – training, rosters and performance.

- Liaise with doctors, patients and external stakeholders professionally.

- Implement and refine systems, procedures and policies to improve service delivery.

- Monitor practice budgets, billing and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Support strategic planning and the growth of the practice.





- Bring your own experience and practical ideas to improve clinic operations.

About you

We are looking for someone who is calm, practical and experienced. Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights.

You should have:

- Experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager or senior reception/administration staff member (3 years minimum).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities.

- A practical, professional and respectful approach to staff communication.

- Experience with Best Practice software or similar.

Helpful but not essential

- Experience working in a multicultural or international clinic.

- Japanese-language skills.
