Task & responsibilities The primary role is to manage a high-volume kitchen with the below expectations. Should have at least 3 years of experience in Asian commercial kitchen management Asian cooking experience is preferred Maintain health & safety standards.

Plan rosters and manage the kitchen team. Manage food wastage and rotation of stock. Maintain the quality and standards for the set menu of Papparich

Be accountable for the kitchen KPIs. Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards. Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order.

Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality,



and are prepared to serve in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and venue employees, and customers. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.

Teamwork-oriented with solid leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualification & experience Australian qualification in Commercial cookery is prefered, with atleast 3 years full time work experience in full-fled Fine dining Restuarant kitchen, handling high volume orders
