IJBUILD HOLDINGS PTY LTD IJBUILD Holdings Pty Ltd is a leading steel construction company in Victoria, delivering high-quality structural steel fabrication and installation services across commercial and infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Project Administrator to support project delivery across our site operations and fabrication yard. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and fabrication staff, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Supportive and professional team setting. Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onsite subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in preparing and implementing project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.

Monitor materials compliance with the industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate project records, registers, correspondence, and progress reports. Support procurement processes including purchase orders, subcontractor documentation, and variation tracking.

Oversee site operations administration relating to equipment, deliveries, and resource allocation.



Implement and uphold HSE and Quality Management policies. Provide technical and administrative support to operations within the fabrication yard.

Conduct regular site inspections and assist with audits to ensure industry and project compliance. Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up action items.

Support staff development through coordination of training and mentoring activities. Qualification & experience Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline. Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in the construction or civil industry with at least one year’s experience in a construction project administration role.
