SELECT FRESH PROVIDORES PTY LIMITED Select Fresh Providores is an established fresh produce business serving customers across the food-service sector. The business operates fresh produce supply and delivery activities and focuses on quality products, reliable service and efficient operations. Select Fresh Providores Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet and associated fleet activities.

The role will be responsible for determining vehicle requirements, coordinating vehicle acquisition and disposal, managing vehicle leasing arrangements, monitoring vehicle utilisation and costs, and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. The Fleet Manager will work with management, suppliers and service providers to ensure the company's fleet is appropriately maintained, efficiently utilised and supported by accurate fleet records and reporting. Salary of AUD $92,000 – $95,000 per annum + superannuation. Opportunity to work within an established fresh produce distribution and delivery business. Exposure to fleet, transport, logistics and fresh produce distribution operations.

Professional working environment. Opportunity to develop fleet management, transport coordination and operational management skills Task & responsibilities Determine vehicle requirements based on the company's operational needs. Source and assess suitable vehicles and fleet options.

Coordinate the purchase, lease and disposal of vehicles. Liaise with vehicle suppliers, dealers, leasing companies and service providers. Negotiate vehicle purchase and leasing arrangements where required.

Monitor vehicle utilisation,



operating costs and fleet performance. Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.

Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle purchases, leases, disposals, maintenance and operating costs. Monitor vehicle availability and assist with fleet allocation. Review fleet requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle replacements or additions.

Research vehicle options, market conditions and fleet-related costs. Prepare fleet performance, cost and operational reports for management. Monitor fuel, maintenance and other fleet-related expenditure.

Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and control operating costs. Liaise with relevant internal teams and external providers regarding fleet requirements. Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Fleet Management, Transport Management, Automotive Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related discipline, or relevant equivalent experience.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in fleet management, vehicle fleet operations, vehicle leasing, fleet procurement or a related field. Experience in vehicle acquisition, leasing, disposal and fleet administration. Experience coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Experience monitoring vehicle utilisation and operating costs. Strong negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise effectively with vehicle suppliers, leasing companies, service providers and management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
