We are on the lookout for a new lawyer to join our team. We are interested in speaking with law graduates looking for their first job or practitioners with ranging experience who might be looking for something different. Our firm is plaintiff only, however defendant or other experience is welcome.

We will provide you with supervision of matters and skill development by our Directors, a competitive salary based on your experience, and a serious and engaging, but also a fun and rewarding environment. You will be supported by a skilled law clerk and various other business functions. At Blumers, we take work life balance culture seriously and have a constant eye on solicitor file load - in our firm, you matter. Lawyers at Blumers are given their own office and parking can be made available.

While we highly value an in office set up, flexibility is available. As well as this,



files are supervised in a way that make taking leave and disconnecting properly, a reality.

Ongoing education and career development are very important to us; as such there is financial support for these activities. We are a paper-light firm with all of our work conducted electronically and are a socially conscious firm. We sponsor a range of community organisations and causes.

What can you offer? We are looking for you to have drive, energy and enthusiasm, hold a legal practicing certificate, excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional and approachable nature. If you have any medical or science background, that can be quite helpful, but not essential.
