Occupational Therapist – Gladstone, QLD Employer: Nordic Physio (Nordic Physio Pty Ltd) Salary: $82,000 + superannuation Full-time, permanent, Monday–Friday (no weekends) Nordic Physio is a growing, independent allied health clinic in the heart of Gladstone, at Palms Shopping Fair on Goondoon Street. We're hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. We see a broad caseload, including musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical, aged care and NDIS clients.

We work in the clinic, in clients' homes and in community and group settings. About the role

- Assess clients' physical, cognitive and functional abilities using clinical and standardised tools
- Assess home, work and community environments and recommend modifications
- Prescribe and fit assistive equipment, and deliver individual and group therapy programs
- Write reports, including NDIS reports and functional capacity assessments
- Work with families, carers,



support coordinators and other health professionals

About you

- Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy (or equivalent)
- Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in private practice, community or NDIS settings is an advantage; new graduates with strong clinical placements are also encouraged to apply
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one), and your own current professional indemnity insurance
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
