Physiotherapist – Gladstone, QLD Employer: Nordic Physio (Nordic Physio Pty Ltd) Salary: $82,000 + superannuation Full-time, permanent, Monday–Friday (no weekends) Nordic Physio is a growing, independent allied health clinic in the heart of Gladstone, at Palms Shopping Fair on Goondoon Street. We're hiring a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team. We see a broad caseload, including musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical, aged care and NDIS clients.

We work in the clinic, in clients' homes and in community and group settings. About the role

- Assess clients using muscle, joint, nerve and functional tests, then design and deliver treatment programs
- Treat clients with exercise therapy, manual therapy and other evidence-based techniques to reduce pain and restore movement, strength, balance and function
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment and teach home programs
- Run group exercise classes and prevention programs




- Keep clear clinical records and work with GPs, specialists and other health professionals

About you

- Bachelor's degree or higher in physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Current general registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in private practice, community or NDIS settings is an advantage; new graduates with strong clinical placements are also encouraged to apply
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one), and your own current professional indemnity insurance
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
