An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Administrator to join their supportive and high-performing team in Brisbane's inner south.

This role would be ideal for someone with a background in real estate administration, property management support or a similar related role, who enjoys client interaction, organisation and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout their property construction journey.
- Liaise with builders, property specialists, finance teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate key dates, documentation and construction progress updates.
- Keep clients informed and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with property handovers, coordinating property managers, inspectors and valuers.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

About You

- Previous experience in real estate, property administration or a similar coordination role.
- A stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- A proactive,



positive attitude and genuine enjoyment in helping people.
- Residential construction experience is advantageous but not essential.
