Due to internal promotion and continued business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Micheli team at our Malvern Boutique.

The Role – Malvern Boutique

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for our clients, helping bring their jewellery dreams to life.

From guiding clients through the selection of engagement rings and fine jewellery to consulting on custom-made designs and sentimental jewellery remodelling projects, this is a rewarding and diverse role that goes beyond traditional retail sales.

Reporting to the Director and Boutique Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the boutique's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalised jewellery consultations.

- Contribute to individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.

- Consult with clients on custom-made jewellery and remodelling projects, guiding them through the design process.

- Efficiently manage custom-made and remodelling projects from initial consultation through to completion.





- Facilitate jewellery repairs and provide professional after-sales service.

- Liaise with our jewellers, designers and external partners to ensure orders and projects are completed to a high standard.

- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming, professional and beautifully presented boutique.

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and has a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Previous experience in jewellery sales, luxury retail or a customer-focused sales setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in building relationships and guiding clients through important purchasing decisions.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- A genuine interest in jewellery, design and craftsmanship.

Previous jewellery industry experience will be highly regarded; however, we also welcome applicants with strong sales experience and a willingness to develop their jewellery knowledge.
