Sweat Capital Talent is recruiting for this role on behalf of MoveSolo. We’re running the search and will be reviewing applications before introducing the strongest candidates to their team.

Why MoveSolo exists ….

Freelancers spend half their week not freelancing.

They hunt for gigs, write proposals, send invoices and chase late payments.

MoveSolo does all of that for them.

Until now, we've put almost everything into product, engineering, and (some insane) partnerships, and now we are keen to get the Marketing machine up and running.

You'll be the first marketing hire. Working directly with the founder and side by side with our recent Creative Director. Together you'll decide how MoveSolo.AI shows up for the rest of the world.

Where you come in.

Tell the story

- Turn a technical product into stories people get in seconds and remember for weeks
- Build out our founder-led content strategy.
- Shape our long-form series with top freelancers and independent business owners. (A shoot with Codie Sanchez is coming up soon)

Grow the audience

- Write and own the go-to-market plan
- Build nurture journeys that turn signups into daily users
- Write the newsletters, launches and lifecycle emails
- Talk to users every week and turn what you hear into better marketing

The role can lean more towards storytelling and content or more towards growth, nurture and go-to-market, depending on what you're best at. We may hire for both, so tell us which one excites you more…. (it can also be both!) Who you are

The room you'll be inOur team includes engineers from Anthropic, xAI and Salesforce, and a Creative Director from Ramp. We have an open-door office, so angels, investors and other founders drop by all the time. You'll learn more in six months here than in three years somewhere comfortable.

Most of the team is in SF. The founder splits time between San Francisco and Australia.

CompensationWe pay for talent, and we pay well. We don't put an artificial cap on what the right person is worth.
