Experienced Migration Assistant – Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

Permanent Part-Time - 3 days per week (22.8 hours)

Location: Chadstone, VIC On-site

Salary: $35 - $40 per hour + superannuation (depending on experience)

About Us

Top Migration Australia is an established Australian immigration consultancy providing professional migration services to individuals, families and businesses across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Migration Agent Assistant to join our growing team in Chadstone.

The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Subclass 186, Subclass 482 Skills in Demand and Partner visa applications, together with strong report-writing and document preparation skills.

We are looking for someone who can work confidently, efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Subclass 186 ENS applications, including Direct Entry (DE) and Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) streams.

Prepare Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa, nomination and sponsorship applications.

Assist with onshore and offshore Partner visa applications (Subclasses 820/801 and 309/100).

Draft Labour Market Testing (LMT) reports, Genuine Position reports, business submissions and supporting statements.

Prepare employer nomination documentation, organisational charts, position descriptions and supporting employment evidence.

Assist with document preparation for skills assessments and other migration applications.

Communicate with clients and employers to obtain relevant information and supporting documents.

Maintain accurate client files,



track application progress and monitor critical deadlines.

Provide comprehensive case management and administrative support to Registered Migration Agents.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in an Australian migration agency is a MUST

Demonstrated practical experience preparing Subclass 186 ENS, 482 and Partner visa applications.

Proven experience preparing LMT reports, Genuine Position reports and employer nomination submissions.

Excellent written English, research and professional drafting skills.

Strong attention to detail and sound understanding of Australian immigration procedures.

Ability to independently manage multiple applications and prioritise deadlines.

Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work.
