Role Description : 2 Roles Available within IAM domain - Immediate Joiner

Job 1: SailPoint ISC SME The SailPoint IdentityNow Support Subject Matter Expert is responsible for providing advanced technical support and guidance for SailPoint IdentityNow implementations and operations. This on-site role, based in Sydney, NSW, includes troubleshooting complex IAM issues, analyzing incidents, and coordinating with project teams to ensure stable and secure identity services. The role involves configuring and maintaining IdentityNow components, supporting integrations with directories and applications, and assisting in upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

The Subject Matter

Expert collaborates closely with consultants and clients to refine access policies, improve onboarding and offboarding processes, and enhance governance controls. This position also contributes to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development for ongoing IAM support and optimization.

Job 2: ENTRA ID Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID SSO Consultant to join a growing Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Sydney.



The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation, and application onboarding initiatives using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Design and implement SSO solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.

Configure and support SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation integrations.

Onboard enterprise and SaaS applications into Entra ID.

Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.

Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance controls.

Work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders.

Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy identity platforms to Entra ID.

Job 3: Saviynt SME in Perth

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt SME / Lead Consultant to support and enhance a large-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. The successful candidate will act as the Saviynt subject matter expert, driving platform optimisation, onboarding new applications, improving governance processes, and providing technical leadership across identity and access management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the administration, configuration, and enhancement of the Saviynt platform.
- Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Configure and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
- Develop and maintain access request workflows, approval processes, and provisioning integrations.
- Implement and support User Access Reviews (UAR), Segregation of Duties (SoD),



and compliance controls.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, SAP, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure operational stability.
- Work with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices guidance.

Qualifications

✅Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow configuration, administration, and support, including troubleshooting, incident analysis, and integration with enterprise systems.

✅Solid understanding of identity governance, role-based access control, provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and access certification processes.

✅Knowledge of directory services and protocols (LDAP, Active Directory), authentication and authorization technologies (SSO, federation, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

✅Familiarity with privileged access management and cyber security solutions, including CyberArk or similar tools, and general security best practices.

✅Proficiency in scripting or automation (such as PowerShell, Python, or similar) to support integrations, data transformations, and operational efficiencies.

✅Ability to analyze technical and business requirements, document solutions clearly, and communicate complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✅Experience working in on-site, client-facing roles, with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills.
