XBURO is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in the continued growth of our business in NSW.

XBURO is an employee-owned project management and engineering consultancy with a strong track record delivering complex and high-profile projects across the healthcare, commercial, sports and cultural sectors.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just their next project. This is an opportunity for an experienced project manager who’s ready to step up, take ownership, build client relationships and help shape the future of our Sydney office.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll:

Lead the delivery of challenging and rewarding projects from inception through to completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners.

Manage multidisciplinary project teams and provide strategic project leadership.

Play an active role in business development, identifying opportunities and growing our presence in the Sydney market.

Work closely with XBURO’s Directors to help shape the direction and growth of our NSW operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has significant experience in client-side project management, ideally within a consultancy environment.

Has a proven track record delivering complex building projects.

Is commercially minded, proactive and confident managing clients and project teams.





Enjoys building relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Is ready to take the next step towards a leadership role.

- Shares our entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Experience in healthcare, commercial, sports or cultural projects will be highly regarded.
