Key responsibilities
- Safely set and operate machinery to produce components efficiently and to the required standards.
- Follow all relevant procedures, work instructions and Health & Safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and shift teams, ensuring key information and issues are promptly shared.
- Identify and report production issues,



supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Experience:
- Ability to read technical drawings and communicate technical information.
- CNC machining experience, including Fanuc-controlled machinery.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, work-holding and machining techniques.
- Excellent understanding of quality, inspection and shop floor systems.
- Engineering background with strong communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
