Help bring a thriving community club to life. From a sporting competition to a sold-out show and a recent member’s first visit, there’s always something happening at Mulgrave Country Club. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help turn those experiences into stories and campaigns that get people through the doors and keep them coming back. Named 2026 Community Club of the Year, Mulgrave Country Club brings together sport, dining, entertainment and community. With more than 8,000 members, you’ll have a ready audience to connect with regularly, helping them discover what’s on, get involved and feel part of Club life. We’ve recently aligned on an exciting new strategic vision for the Club, and you’ll help bring it to life through the stories we tell, the campaigns we create and the ways we connect with members. We’re looking for an organised, creative marketer who’s ready to contribute ideas and make things happen. You’ll work across a diverse calendar of events, experiences and member communications, with opportunities to build your skills across digital marketing, content and campaigns. You’ll see the impact of your work firsthand, in the people attending our events, discovering something new and making the Club part of their lives. Duties include:
- translating campaign priorities into clear plans, timelines and deliverables.
- coordinating campaigns across email, SMS, website, social media, digital advertising, print and in venue channels.
- maintaining the marketing calendar and coordinate approvals to keep activity on schedule.
- building and send email and SMS communications, and support automated communications that welcome, engage and retain members.
- helping members feel informed, connected and involved through engaging communications that encourage participation in Club activities, events and experiences.




- preparing and maintain campaign lists and database segments.
- keeping website content and event listings accurate and up to date.
- creating basic marketing assets and help coordinate photography and video production.
- liaising with external designers, agencies and suppliers as required.
- ensuring marketing materials and communications reflect the Club’s brand consistently.
- tracking and report on campaign performance, including membership, visitation and commercial outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have:
- at least two years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related role.
- hold a relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or bring equivalent practical experience.
- be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- strong writing and proofreading skills, with an eye for engaging content.
- be comfortable using email marketing platforms, website content management systems, social media and basic design tools.
- a working understanding of database segmentation, campaign analytics and reporting.
- show initiative, follow through on commitments and work well with colleagues and external suppliers.
- ideally bring experience in hospitality, membership, sport or entertainment. Why join us?
