About the role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our Product Development and Marketing team in Keysborough. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer looking to build their experience within a dynamic and fast-paced business. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across both graphic design and product development, contributing to the creation of marketing assets, licensed and non-licensed costume ranges, product packaging, presentations, and digital content.

Key responsibilities

- Creating engaging marketing materials for both print and digital channels
- Designing social media content, eDMs, presentations and web assets
- Editing and retouching product photography and imagery
- Assisting with the development of licensed and non-licensed costume ranges
- Supporting the product approval process with licensors and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and licensing requirements
- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Collaborating with internal teams across Product Development, Sales and Marketing About you
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about design
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively




- A confident communicator who builds positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience creating digital marketing assets, including eDMs and web advertising materials
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistency
