Real Estate Sales Associate at The Mathews Group Real Estate | Martin, WA

The Mathews Group is seeking a motivated, personable and highly driven Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Working closely with Director and Selling Principal, Ben Mathews, and reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role focused on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales activities of a high-performing real estate business.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Director with day-to-day sales activities and business development

- Making approximately 40 outbound prospecting calls per day

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Identifying and following up potential sellers, appraisal opportunities and new listings

- Booking and coordinating appraisal appointments for the Director

- Managing client follow-up, database records and CRM activity

- Nurturing relationships with prospective sellers and maintaining regular communication

- Identifying new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation

- Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Working closely with the Operations Manager to manage daily priorities and performance

To be considered, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Hold, or be willing to obtain, current registration as a Real Estate Sales Representative

- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Be confident making outbound prospecting calls and engaging with prospective clients

- Be organised, proactive and results-driven

- Have strong attention to detail and CRM/database skills

- Be comfortable working towards daily activity targets and performance goals

- Be willing to learn, take direction and work collaboratively within a team

Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service or appointment setting will be highly regarded. However, attitude, confidence and a willingness to succeed are equally important.

- $60,000 p/a base salary + superannuation

- Performance-based bonuses of $10,000–$30,000 p/a
