A diverse and exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing investment manager focused on real assets and purpose-driven investments Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for the finance and operational functions across a portfolio of investment funds, alongside the corporate accounts of the management business.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Reviewing and approving monthly NAV packs, unit pricing and fund reconciliations.
- Managing relationships with external fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and trustees.
- Leading annual audit processes and overseeing financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Managing corporate accounting, BAS, tax reporting and management fee calculations.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and ongoing process improvement initiatives.



About you:
- CA/CPA qualified, with 6+ years' relevant accounting experience.
- Background in funds management, fund administration, real assets, infrastructure or private equity.
- Solid technical fund accounting and financial reporting capability.
- Confident managing external service providers and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a broad finance function within a growing investment business, working closely with an experienced CFO and senior leadership team.
