Habitat Creations has secured a strong pipeline of natural environment maintenance and remediation projects across Melbourne's South East and Gippsland through 2027 and beyond. We need experienced people like you to help us deliver them. Leading Hand — Environment Team Lead a crew delivering land rehabilitation and revegetation works, and integrated pest plant and animal programs for leading local councils, water authorities, greenfield developers and state government agencies driving Victoria's biodiversity and environmental programs. - Proven experience leading field crews in natural resource management / environmental conservation. If you don’t have the leadership experience just yet, you do have experience in the industry and you’re ready to step up.
- Solid hands-on experience and a robust work ethic.
- A genuine leader — someone your crew respects, your clients trust, and your peers want to work alongside
- Current driver's licence; relevant tickets and qualifications (ACUP, First Aid, White Card)
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to doing the work properly
