We are seeking a motivated and capable Senior SMSF Accountant with proven experience who takes ownership and pride in their work and are ready to grow in their career. Role Summary As a Senior SMSF Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) clients, ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation. Working closely with trustees, financial advisers, and auditors, you will provide technical expertise and exceptional client service while supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing success of the SMSF division. - Degree qualified Accountant, with either CA or CPA certification.
- At least 5 years prior experience working on the preparation of SMSF Financial Statements and tax returns.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Australian Tax and Superannuation law.
- High attention to detail.
- A professional demeanour in liaising with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Class or BGL software (desirable).
