This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity to partner with senior operational leaders, providing commercial insight and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. The Company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join a highly successful ,multinational organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. Backed by private equity, the business has a strong track record of profitability and is continuing to expand through a combination of organic growth and an active acquisition strategy. This is an opportunity to join a commercially driven organisation where finance plays a critical role in shaping strategy, driving performance and supporting continued expansion. The Opportunity Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of a broad commercial finance remit, acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, challenging business performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, optimise costs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior operational stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, performance risks and areas for improvement.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and regular financial performance reviews.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying key business drivers impacting revenue, margins and profitability.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, growth initiatives and cost optimisation.
- Provide commercial insights across P&L;, cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure.
- Drive improvements across management reporting, dashboards and financial planning processes.
- Support financial governance,



internal controls and risk management.
- Lead, coach and develop a Commercial Analyst. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational leaders and influencing business outcomes. You will ideally bring:
- CA, CPA or CFA qualification.
- 8+ years' experience within commercial finance, FP&A; or a similar business partnering role.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating financial data into commercial recommendations.
- Strong technical knowledge across P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue and capital expenditure.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI, planning and ERP systems.
- Experience in profitability analysis, commercial business cases and investment appraisals.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring or developing finance professionals.
- Strong communication skills, commercial judgement and the ability to constructively challenge stakeholders. Experience within Property, Retail, Healthcare or similarly complex, multi-site organisations will be highly regarded. Exposure to M&A;, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration would also be advantageous. What's on Offer?
