Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within a large, complex organisation. This role focuses on business analysis, strategic planning and investment decisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Develop business cases, investment proposals and strategic roadmaps .
- Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support financial modelling and strategic planning.
- Develop future-state operating models and business solutions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide guidance to Business Analysts and improve BA practices. Key Requirements
- Robust Senior Business Analyst experience in complex organisations.




- Experience developing business cases and investment proposals .
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of financial modelling and strategic planning.
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Highly Regarded
- Experience in aviation, infrastructure, heavy industry or regulated environments .
- Knowledge of BABOK, PRINCE2, Lean or similar frameworks .
- Experience with Excel, Power BI or SQL .
