Your new firm An established, award-winning WA law firm is looking for a junior employment lawyer to join its employment team. You will have supervision and support from experienced lawyers, work that is varied from your first month, and a firm that backs its people with mentoring, flexibility and a clear path to progress. Your recent role Advise both employers and employees on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment contracts, performance management, terminations and employment disputes. You will draft documents, communicate with clients and take part in negotiations, with supervision and support as you build your own files and experience. About You You are a junior lawyer who wants real employment law work and a team that will help you develop. You will have:
- 1-2 years + PAE
- Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills
- A practical,



commercially minded approach to client problems
- The ability to work well within a team
- Admission to practise in WA What’s on offer
- One role, with your choice of Perth, Joondalup, Mandurah, Bunbury or Albany
- Permanent position

Circa $120k + bonuses
