Uni-Pro is a leader in new product development and is a growing company that requires a self-motivated sales representative to join our growing sales team. Your role includes selling to all paint retail outlets including paint specialist stores and hardware retailers. The territory includes both Metropolitan and Regional travel. The successful applicant will be required to:
- Maintain and grow an established sales territory in Melbourne including coastal and regional areas.
- Report to National Sales Manager
- Melbourne.
- Achieve monthly KPI targets and sales budgets.
- Visit customers according to a regular call cycle.
- Assess all customer stock and merchandising requirements, stock orders, introduce new products, and maintain customer relationships.
- Merchandise and sell Uni-Pro's full product range in stores.
- Develop excellent new customer relationships. Attend Trade events and Trade Shows as required Your expected skill set includes:
- A proven track record within the paint or hardware industry will be highly regarded.




- A strong track record of business-to-business wholesale selling.
- Have strong administration and organisational skills.
- The ability and skill to communicate and influence a wide range of different customers.
- Good computing and phone skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong face-to-face presentation skills Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for metropolitan areas and country regions, you'll be required to spend a minimum of 3-5 nights a month away traveling.
