This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Acting as a key link between Customer Service, Sales, Production and Warehouse teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting efficient day-to-day logistics operations. About the Role
The Regional Logistics Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing order workflows, coordinating freight activities,



and supporting regional operations to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments while maintaining a strong customer focus and ensuring high levels of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system.
- Manage and monitor the regional order inbox.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up freight movements to ensure on-time delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to regional operations teams.
- Order and manage office and warehouse consumables.
- Support People, Safety and Quality initiatives across the regional site.
- Coordinate regional staff wellbeing activities.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Provide phone support and team assistance as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within business systems. About You To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will bring:




- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, administration, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
- Experience using ERP or order management systems (Infor experience highly regarded).
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
