Full time restaurant team leader – La Porchetta Albury. La Porchetta Albury is looking for an experienced and motivated team leader to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic and enjoys leading a team while delivering excellent customer service. As a team leader, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, supporting our staff and making sure every customer has a great experience.

About the role
Your responsibilities will include: Managing the restaurant floor during service. Leading, supporting and motivating front-of-house staff. Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained Welcoming customers and dealing professionally with customer enquiries. Coordinating table bookings and managing the flow of service Assisting with staff training and ensuring procedures are followed. Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team. Monitoring the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant. Opening and/or closing the restaurant when required. Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally. Helping maintain a positive, organised and friendly workplace. About you The successful candidate will: Have previous experience in a restaurant,



hospitality or supervisory role. Have strong leadership and communication skills. Be confident managing a team during busy service periods. Have a genuine passion for customer service. Be organised, reliable and able to work under pressure. Have a positive and professional attitude. Be willing to lead by example and be hands-on when required. Have flexible availability, including evenings, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Hold an RSA certificate, or be willing to obtain one. Restaurant management or supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
