The organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join its supportive Finance team in Macquarie Park. ##

About the Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation. This is a varied, hands-on position covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and general accounting. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and within deadlines. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including payment allocations, cash receipts, client refunds and staff debt reconciliations.
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements and manage supplier enquiries.
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure accurate expense coding.




- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support cash flow forecasting, reporting and month-end activities.
- Process expense reimbursements and prepare payment summaries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support efficient finance processes. ## About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. To be successful, you will bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least two years' experience in a similar Accounts Officer or finance role.
- A solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional and team-oriented approach. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central will be highly regarded. ## What's on Offer?
